Cool Browse Image Host provides both free and paid image and photo hosting service. Users of this service may upload as many digital images as they wish (within the limits of their accounts) and may permit others to view the images by providing them with the URL of the image.

You are authorized to sign up for and use only 1 (one) free account. Any members suspected of creating more than 1 (one) free account may have their accounts deleted and all images removed at any time.

This service is offered to those looking for personal image hosting. In the unlikely event that any of your images uses excessive bandwidth, we may take corrective measures including, but not limited to, suspending your account or requesting that you remove the image. We will not unilaterally delete the image from our servers without prior notice, but reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances.

All images are the copyright of their respective owners, and will always remain as such. By uploading images, the user maintains full ownership and copyright over the images. You may not use any of the images on this site for any purpose without the permission of the copyright holder.

You must own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright holder for any images you upload to this website.

You may not upload any images containing material that is illegal, defamatory, promotes racism, hatred or discrimination. Adult images are welcome if you own the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder to possess the images; child pornography is illegal and expressly forbidden.

Any images found to break our terms and conditions will be removed without warning. Anyone who uploads an image that violates our terms may be banned from using this site with no prior notice.

In the case of violation of our terms, we may share any and all information we hold on the user concerned with any legitimate and interested 3rd parties.

There is no guarantee of performance although every effort is made to provide a stable and permanent service. Cool Browse Image Host employs failure resistant storage and does regular backups of site contents. Notwithstanding the above, if something catastrophic were to occur and all data were to be irrecoverably destroyed, users have no recourse, whether legal or otherwise, and may not seek damages, monetary or otherwise, from Cool Browse Image Host. This applies to both free and paid services.
